Dancing Gnome Thistle Brick

A tart but balanced farmhouse ale dry-hopped with a thoughtful amount of Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon hops. Expect lemon and underripe melon up front with a pronounced tart and earthy finish on the end. It's part farm, part ocean, part rainforest in it's characteristics.
