The first of our barrel aged sours to be released. This strong (9.3% ABV) dark sour spent six months in red wine barrels then a month on 2# per gallon of sour cherries. Layers of cherries, oak, chocolate with some light funk. Bottle conditioned, cork and caged 750 ml.
