Aroma of fresh orange zest, mandarin peel, lightly toasted bread, pine nuts, dried apricot, pink peppercorns, bitter honey. Quite some fruitiness at first – from the hops, but at first glance one would wonder if this is actually a lager – with restrainedly sweetish impressions of dried peach, apple peel and mandarin, medium carbonated with a supple, smooth, bit oily body; lovely peanutty and lightly toasted bread-like maltiness, some minerally accents lingering, bending towards a very aromatic, quenching finish teeming with retronasal orange zest, mandarin, pink grapefruit and a dash of toasted onion, paired with a long-lasting grapefruity bitterness.
