Taste has (heavy) sweet raisin, dark toffee, estery apricot & red apple on a cake-like malty body, bitter herbs & yeast in the back with a sour touch. Malty finish, some herbal hops, lingering red fruit maltiness. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation
