Birrificio Del Doge - Del Doge Weizenbock

Weizen Bock has a dense foam like the cream and deep copper tones. The first intense aroma is the green apple, then accompanied by light notes of vanilla. In the mouth you will recognize warm notes, honey and fruits with yellow flesh. The alcohol content is sweet and balanced by a slight bitterness. The aftertaste is soft, enveloping and lightly caramelized.
