Demonho Hopkalypse

Hopkalypse is a West Coast IPA that seeks intensity and balance of all the characteristics that hops can provide to beer: bitterness, aroma and flavor. There were 18 grams per liter among the columbus, cascade, citra, galaxy, amarillo and mosaic hops, with late additions seeking to increase the flavor of the hops and a dry hop of 12 grams per liter divided between the hops galaxy, citra, mosaic and amarillo. The result is a beer with an intense and dry bitterness, balanced with a strong flavor and aroma that refers to yellow fruits and a subtly resinous touch.
