Bierbeschreibung
This imperial stout was fermented with boatloads of malt (Including 50% malted wheat) and fermented with a Norwegian kveik strain; it was then aged in a freshly dumped Weller 107 barrel for over 8 months; the ultimate wheated stout aged in the original wheated bourbon barrel. Surpisingly drinkable for its potency; this one is complex and delicious with notes of roasted cocoa and oranges with a balanced oak and alcohol sweetness.
