After long months in the barrel of White wine, famous Sour Ale with Pineapple, Mango and Brettanomyces transformed into a totally different beer. The fruit aromas gave way to an intense funky and woody and winey aromas! Besides, of course, the traditional acidity that made this beer one of our favorites!
