Dogma The Hop Is in the Head VI

Continuing the series, THIITH6 mixes the traditional Citra with the Ella (Australia) and Idaho Gem (USA) varieties. The IDAHO GEM hops present aromas of ripe fruits and fruity sweets such as pineapple and cherry, while the Ella has floral and citrus aromas reminiscent of bergamot and orange. The result when using them with Citra is a beer with citrus and sweet aromas, very complex and pleasant.
