Dokkaebier Kimchi Sour

Pouring a light orange amber with a cream colored head, at first sip the drinker is greeted with a sweet acidic lingering tartness that explodes on the front palate while the back palate is gently met with a growing smoky ginger chili flavor. As the sourness ebbs, the ginger remains present before showing itself out to leave the drinker refreshed yet questing to understand the depth of the flavor that was just there.
