Donkey Severina Sour - Acerola

Berliner Weiss is a wheat beer originally German, acidic, clear, refreshing and low in alcohol. It has clean and moderate acidity, as well as high carbonation to give a frizz effect. The name Severina Sour alludes to Catharina Sour, a Berliner that uses fruits from the southern region of Brazil, while Severina Sour is a series that includes tropical fruits from the northeast region.
