Donkey St. Padim Ciço

A lightly spiced, fruity, dry and strong beer, with a pleasant rounded malt flavor and a firm bitterness. Despite the alcohol content it has surprising drinkability and low sweetness, a strategy for this was the use of demerara sugar.
