Alder - Double Kick

IPA brewed with a blend of German and English malts, water very rich in chlorides, fermented with a yeast strain of English origin and hopped with Galaxy, Strata and Mosaic Cryo. Clear, medium-bodied, with a balanced bitterness and characterised by notes of peach, pineapple, citrus and passion fruit.
