Downhill Ghidorah

One year ago brewed Dos Dragos Imperial Stout inspired by Mexican chocolate cake. For barrels worth of this beer found its way into Basil Hayden's whiskey barrels for a year. A year a barrel aging contributed notes of Kentucky oak, dried dark fruit, sweet tobacco comet and Sherry.
