Dragoon Barrel-Aged Saison Blue w/ Brett

This is 2014 summer seasonal, aged 11 months in tequila barrels, and blended with the same batch aged in stainless steel with Brett. The result is a complex, fruity, and lightly oaky mouth pleaser. The tequila is subtle, but the Brett character lends noticable tartness and an unmistakable dry finish.
