Dragoon Florecita

Florecita is take on a Session IPA. It is lower in alcohol content and bitterness than a traditional IPA, but has the same intensity of hop aroma and flavor--much more so than a traditional pale ale. This is little flower smacks of flowers, citrus and melon, with a whisper of sweet malt to back it up. If you like hops, this is your ticket. Florecita is just about perfect with a chile relleno covered in sour cream green chile enchilada sauce.
