Dragoon Isle of You

Named after an iconic climb in Cochise Stronghold, Isle of You is a big, bold Double IPA that requires a bit of commitment. This is a big, bold IPA brewed with 2-row, medium crystal malts, flaked barley and a touch of black malt for a reddish hue. We hopped it in the kettle and fermenter with Simcoe, Bravo, and Centennial, to give it a fruity, citrusy hop character.
