Say hello to PANK DRNK, a tart German wheat beer brewed with Brettanomyces, coriander, sea salt and prickly pear fruit. The brett contributes dryness and a bit of earthy funk, while the prickly pear adds fruity, floral and earthy notes (plus a touch of color).
