Dragoon Santiago

Named for Santiago Graf (the Austrian born brewer credited with bringing Vienna-style lager to the New World), Santiago is full of flavor, but still easy on the ol' lips. It's a bit nutty and bready, with just a hint of dark fruit. It's brewed from Weyerman's Vienna Malt, with a bit of Munich for complexity, and Midnight wheat for color. Magnum and Tettnanger hops add bitterness for balance. Try Santiago with grilled steak tacos on corn tortillas.
