The Cinco is the fifth incarnation of Russian Imperial Stout, brewed annually in celebration of our anniversary. The flavor profile is dominated by roasted malt flavors, with some spicy rye notes, toffee and roasted nuts. Pair it with sharp blue cheeses or toffee gelato for dessert.
