Brewed with buddies at White Elm Brewing Company, this Pineapple Tepache Sour is based on the Mexican street vendor drink.The Company brewed a sour base and added a ridiculous amount of pineapple, then Ceylon cinnamon, Jaggery, lactose, sea salt, and then fermented it using Kveik yeast for a flavor so absurdly refreshing you may feel like you're in a pineapple.
