Du Brabant Origame 5

Hazy yellow, lasting, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of lactic acid, milk, expired yoghurt, yeast, unripe apple & apricot. Taste is medium fruity sour, young apple & apricot with milky & yoghurty accents, sweetish bready maltiness, hoppy bitter tones of grass, spices, yeast, bit of a weird onion, vegetable & green olive note. Dry, grassy, resinous hoppy finish, lingering grapefruit peel, yeast, lactic acid. Slightly weird combination but still okay.
