DuClaw Farmhouse Gypsy

Their continuing experiments with their flagship IPA, Neon Gypsy, lead to this unlikely combination of IPA grain and hop bills fermented with Saison yeast. The resulting beer is medium-bodied and pale amber in color with a crisp mouthfeel. Grapefruit, citrus, and pine combine with the dusty, peppery character of Saison yeast for a hybrid that is truly the best of both brews.
