This DIPA takes a turn from their previous hoppy beers with a hazy twist of citrus meeting grape and white wine notes balanced by lactose. The recipe for this delicious Hallertau Blanc hop focused DIPA appeared to their brewer while listening to a favorite song during a long day at the brewery.
