DUM Petroleum

Black beer like Petroleum, with added cocoa and oats. Its 12% alcohol content is well inserted with striking aromatic notes of coffee and dark chocolate, from toasted malts and the addition of Belgian cocoa. The flavor follows the aroma, and has a very pronounced bitterness to balance the characteristics of malt and alcohol. The body is very dense and creamy, the prolonged and warming aftertaste is quite striking. Petroleum's revenue was developed in 2010, when Imperial Stouts of this caliber did not exist in Brazil. The proposal was to do something new that only reached Brazil in beer books. After tasting a few copies that Murilo, one of the partners, brought from Europe in his suitcase, the DUM boys put together the recipe they wanted: something strong and striking, to warm up the Curitiba winter.
