Duration If We Must

At the end of 2017 had the great pleasure of heading down to Falmouth to brew with Verdant Brewing Co. This hybrid beer used local Cornish white grape pressings to create a delightfully balanced double IPA – If We Must. It was so popular, as Verdant beers so often are, that got together and brewed it again in 2018. Next brew on Verdant’s beefed up new kit, then back to ours for some Norfolk grapes.
