Eagle Creek Tripel Anniversary Y3B

Brewed with all Belgian malted barley and wheat. A blend of Belgian Monastery yeasts provides a complex bouquet of spiciness, citrus, and rose buds. Y3B pours a deep golden color with a fluffy white head. Citrus and floral character continues through onto the pallet predominately nectarines, orange marmalade, and pears with subtle hints of cloves, banana bread and lilacs. Soft and bready malt qualities balance the sweetness of the alcohol. An elegant, simple, yet complex ale.
