This traditional Hefeweizen is brewed with traditional german pilsner malt, white wheat malts, and double hopped with german hallertau mittelfruh hops, then fermented at higher temperatures to enhance the delicate banana esters with subtle hints of clove. This beer finishes crisp and clean making it highly sessionable amongst their slightly less traditional lineup.
