Eanske Spontaan Bred X

Appearance: Unclear dark orange to reddish body, with a small to average off-white head. Aroma: sourish, tart, orangepeel sour-bitterness, unripe berries, brett,wood. Taste: prety much the aroma, but a more complex flow, Sour, Unripe berries, brett, orangepeel sour-bitter. Average to decent body, a bit firm carbonation. A bit rough here and there, but the question is, if it can mellow out over time. Quite better as the Pale one.
