Eastside - Tropic Flanders

A modern Saison inspired by the Vermontoise style. Rustic with tropical notes imparted by the hop varieties used. The malt base includes Pils, Oats, Spelt, and Wheat. Dry-hopped with Citra and Wa Iti. Fermented with Podere La Berta's Saison yeast blend. A beer that reflects the soul of both breweries, focused on balance and drinkability.
