No one is in a hurry at Bakklandet in Trondheim. Here you stroll. Before sitting down at one of the district's cozy eateries. You'll be served by some of the finest people in the business. And we've been allowed to brew Bakklandsbayer with them. A classic Norwegian bayer with a little more body, backbone and alcohol. A light malt sweetness that is balanced by a nice bitterness. More than half of the malt is Munchener malt from local Bonsak Gårdsmalteri. The yeast is, of course, Dahls yeast, which has more than 80 years of service here at the brewery. A glass you drink with the good food they serve, or a pint you order when you're sitting at the bar with someone you like. Bakklandet is nice, the people who live and work there are nice and so are you.
