Elkmont Exchange Winter Blaze

A multigrain dark lager brewed in collaboration with Riverbend Malt House out of Asheville, featuring Tennessee-grown barley, regionally sourced oats, rye and corn. Winter Blaze is made dark by hefty additions of Munich, roasted barley and chocolate wheat. Malty notes of toffee, caramel and hazelnut abound, with a well rounded hop character and medium bitterness.
