Te ipsum, more like te SIPsome! This is an IPA made with Sorachi Ace and Centennial hops. At 5.5% ABV, it has a distinct hoppy/dank aroma, balanced bitterness, and an herbal linger in the finish. Cura te ipsum means "heal thyself" or attend to one's own defects rather than criticizing defects in others.
