Enlightened The Human Condition

The Human Condition is a single-hopped French Saison made with Simcoe. At 7.0% ABV, it ferments vigorously and finishes with a low terminal gravity. Flavors of clove, cinnamon, and fruity yeast esters work really well with Simcoe, which is kind of a funky/resinous hop in its own right. Drink it down and philosophize on their shared human experience.
