Brewed as a traditional German style Pilsner Celestial is crisp clean and refreshing with a subtle graininess contributed by German malts. The noble hop character is prominent spicy and herbal with a bitterness that lasts through the finish. A cool fermentation temperature (50° F) and 8 weeks of lagering near freezing contribute to a very clean yeast profile.
