Equinox Taste of Space

Taste of Space has an aggressive hop profile that is balanced by a smooth malt character. Notes of citrus and pine meld with caramel and dry toast. The yeast strain propagated by the class adds some fruity esters and a subtle spiciness. Fruity hop flavors linger in the finish.
