Eternal Arvalia

Similar to Belgian Ale, Arvalia has a bright yellow color and compact white foam. It is a beer with spicy and white fruit hints, herbaceous and citrus aromas, characterized by an entrance on the sweet palate rebalanced in the final by a slight bitter note. Arvalia takes its name from the arvali, the first priestly college of archaic Rome, of which Romulus himself was the founder. They invoked the protection of land and crops. Their temple was located in the neighborhood of the ECB brewery.
