Eternal Mandrakata

The Mandrakata is the new Weizen of the Roman brewery Eternalcity Brewing - ECB. It is a modern interpretation of the classic German wheat beers, with aromas of ripe banana and cloves, but also peach and coconut thanks to the hopping with the Sorachi Ace variety. The name is a clear tribute to Gigi "Mandrake" Proietti's "crafty" in the cult movie Febbre da Cavallo.
