Bierbeschreibung
Aroma predominantly bergamot with touch of tea and malt. Pours brown, tea-like. In flavor at first bergamot, which feels a bit like fresh mint or lime, immediatly followed by surprisingly high bitterness which is grapefruity-twiggy. Slightly sweet. Malty background. Light body, medium carbonation, would be drinkable if it wasn’t for the bitterness. After getting a bit more used to the bitterness, it becomes an enjoyable APA. (and in fact now that I’m close to finising it, only the first few sips were extremely, stomach-churningly bitter, funny)
