Eventide Red Headed Haley

Amber/Red color with med-high carbonation. Caramel sweetness on the nose with hints of pecan and toffee. Carbonation washes easily over the tongue and has a full bodied finish. Flavors of caramel, nut, and toasted bread are highly present. Finishes slightly spicy with a hint of raisin but well balanced. In the Fall when the weather turns ‘slightly’ cooler they brew up a beer inspired, not only in name, by one of the brewery's founders, “Red Headed Haley”. Deep red in color, this balanced beer offers a toasted malt forward profile with hints of pecan and toffee on the nose and balanced with fresh herbal hops.
