Falke Gyr

Falke Gyr is a West Coast IPA, a collaboration with brewer friends Álvaro Mafra and Augusto Sotero. Newly arrived from California, brewery decided to make a West Coast with a fruity and resinous hop profile, dry finish and pleasant bitterness. Brewery uses large amounts of Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo to bring out a characteristic aroma profile of IPAs produced on the west coast of the United States.
