This NEIPA DDH is the result of a collaboration with the Brasserie du Bas-Canada . These Quebec hop stars crossed the Atlantic with their own Citra in their suitcases, which we married with ours, adding Motueka and Simcoe. It's an aromatic bomb, juicy as can be, and decidedly transatlantic. We hope you find it as harmonious as a legendary Celine Dion / JJG duet.
