Dark red to black, high beige head. Interesting aroma of cinnamon, clove, sweet cream, nuts, brandy, ginger, ginseng. Taste is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, hot finish. Sweet cream, ginger, chilli, clove, cherries, brandy, plums, chocolate, touch of coffee. Fuller body, moderately carbonated.
