Fiskarsin Panimo Changeling

This is a part of the Fiskars Brewery beer-wine series, in which the grape pomace left over from Noita Winery's production is used for flavouring beers. The base for this beer is a strong, bottom fermented beer with a hint of Saaz hops. Grape pomace, including all it's native yeasts from the wine region of Burgenland, Austria, was added to the beer. Because of these yeasts the beer turned out quite dry. To balance out the dryness, decided to add a generous amount of raspberry and cranberry. The result is a wonderful, vibrantly red, acid beer rich in berry aroma.
