A real speciality. Sour beer seasoned and soured with wild herbs foraged from around the brewery. No hops at all. Herbs like mugwort, meadowsweet and heather brings herbal, citrusy and wine like notes to this ale. Even the very pungent sourness comes from the bark of the herbs.
