Fiskarsin Panimo Sepän Shavu

Sepän Shavu is a smoked red lager inspired by breweries recent excursion to Bamberg, Germany. Many smoked beers were enjoyed, particularly those of Brauerei Spezial. On return brewed up a suprisingly easy drinking smoked lager (considering that 95% of this beer's malt bill is Bavarian beechwood smoked!). Classic Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger hop varieties help to balance the beer and add a little spice. Unfiltered, bottom fermented lager.
