Forager - Nillerzzzzz Blend 8 - Vintage 2025

Our 8th blend in the ongoing quest to explore on of the world's most exciting spices - vanilla - is led by a mix of barrels from Buffalo Trace, Elijah Craig, and Rock Filter, ranging in age from 24-31 months. Eight growling regions contributed to this delicate yet massive beer; Comoros, Hawaii, Kenya, Cook Islands, Taiwan, Thailand, Brazil, and Uganda. Together, these beans lend an intricate array of flavors; chocolate, toasted marshmallow, honey, mocha, butterscotch, caramel, woody spice, salted raisins, balsamic-soaked sultanas, cotton candy, and anise.
