Tart Wheat Ale w/ Plums & Lemon Balm - We met the Ology boys at the Craft Brewers Conference and hit it off immediately. They make innovative beer styles in Tallahassee, FL. We were fortunate enough to be able to host them at our brewery in August for this collab, and we put them to work right away due to a rouge shipment of plums that showed up the night before they arrived! We ultimately decided to incorporate the fruit that they labored over.
