The FMBC&K interpretation of a classic Belgian style. Continental Pilsner malt, wheat and flaked corn set the table and the yeast completes it. The traditional flavors of pear and bubblegum and a spicy note of clove are present. This beer is finished with locally grown hops from Wisconsin Hop Exchange.
