Eastern Kille Gin Barrel Aged Wild Ale - Aged for over 2 years in a single Eastern Kille Gin barrel - Somehow, deep in our stacks of barrels, this one went unnoticed. After tasting it this fall, we knew it was time. You will barely recognise this as Genetic Drift after extensive aging, this beer has transformed into something different. It’s incredibly complex and layered, with notes of oak, juniper, sage, light funk, and light acidity.
